PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING IN COSTCO MEXICO

 

Costco was customizing the systems received from the USA to the local regulations and operations, so it needed to update its process documentation. Clever Services was selected first for the Purchasing processes and then those of the Comptroller. After seeing that the documentation was productive, the project was expanded to cover all areas of Costco, with test scripts and with Blueworks from IBM, the corporate BPM tool.
