OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY IN BANCO SALVADOREÑO

 

The Bank had an operational efficiency (quotient between expenses and revenues) greater than 60%. Marcelo Krebs coordinated an EVERIS consulting project to lower that index to less than 50%, with cost reduction initiatives that did not have an impact on the operation, and improved revenues.

This allowed to leave a very attractive Bank for investors that was acquired by Banitsmo, then HSBC and finally by Davivienda de Colombia and continues to be one of the most efficient banks in the country.

REENGINEERING OF PROCESSES OF BANCO LEÓN (DOMINICAN REP.)

 

Banco León carried out a integral process reengineering of all its areas, including documentation with the Bizagi BPM and the improvement of the ABANKS core system.

Marcelo Krebs led the reengineering of processes with Nasoft, training 10 Dominican industrial engineers who became part of the Bank’s team, which later merged with Banco BHD.

Cadeteco is a non-profit organization created to help the indigenous villages of Tecozautla in Hidalgo and Cadereyta in Queretaro.

Clever collaborated in organizing the llanero football tournaments and managing the organization’s website.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CAMPIÑA

 

The administration of the group did not have formal processes, had debts of more than 150 K usd and could not balance their accounts.

Clever took over the administration formalizing the processes, realizing in two years the recovery of the debts and even realizing new works like the baths, dressing rooms of the garden and the installation of solar heaters.

Compañía Mexicana de Procesamiento was formed in 1997 by the two most important financial groups in Mexico: BBVA Bancomer and Banamex Citigroup. Currently they are dedicated to processing the documentation of both banks and is the most important digitizer in Latin America.

In 2013 Clever Services installed the InConcert contact center for the automotive loan processes that improved the service.

ADVISORY TO THE DIRECTION OF THE CORE BANK FLEXCUBE PROJECT

 

Banco INVEX decided to implement the FLEXCUBE banking core of the ORACLE company. Clever provided advice to the project management, so that the Bank could have an unbiased opinion, which allows for the best decisions to be made.

We collaborated in a renegotiation between the supplier and the Bank in order to guarantee the success of the project.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE LABOR CLIMATE IN THE COSTARRICIAN INSTITUTE OF AQUEDUCTS AND SEWERS

 

After a work climate survey, AyA detected that it required training the 240 directors in skills such as Leadership, Assertive Communication, Labor Administration and Human Capital Development.

Clever made a diagnosis through tests, provided the necessary courses to the directors throughout the country, gave the coaching and the recommendations to continue with the process of improvement of the work climate in AyA.

CONSULTANCY FOR THE SELECTION OF THE BANK CORE IN THE RURAL BANK OF GUATEMALA

 

The Rural Bank of Guatemala, with more than 6.5 million clients, 10,000 employees and 12,000 branches, is the 4th largest bank in the Central American region. In order to continue its expansion, both locally and internationally, the Bank hired Clever to assist in the process of selecting the new core bank.
