MOBILE ORIGINATION IN SANTANDER MEXICO

 

Banco Santander is one of the largest banks in the world and the third in Mexico.

Within the innovation projects oriented to the digital transformation of the Bank, Clever was selected for onboarding to identify identity documents, read it with OCR and at the same time by means of facial authentication, verify that the document holder is the owner of the document.

OPTIMIZATION CORE T24 FICOHSA HONDURAS

 

Ficohsa is one of the two main banks in Honduras, after implementing T24, it had the problem that the Batch of its Core consumed more than 8 hours.

Audit and optimization process were carried out on T24 that led to the Batch running in less than 4 hours. Then, corrective maintenance was done to avoid degradation.

TEST TOOL IN BANCO POPULAR COSTA RICA

 

To upgrade to a new version of T24, the Banco Popular of Costa Rica decided to acquire a testing tool of Greek origin to be able to perform the comprehensive test of the new version.

Clever collaborated in the training, installation and quick start processes for the implementation of the tools of the Validata company.

IMPLEMENTATION CORE T24 AT ABC CAPITAL (GRUPO CEMEX)

 

The Bank wanted to make the migration from R06 to R13 of the Banking Core T24 using the re-implementation method.

They were the first ones to move from LD to AA and to debug his databases and programs in the migration, passing the batch from +2 hours to less than 30 minutes performing the data cleaning of his clients. Clever was the integrator of the upgrade project.

POWER BI CONTROL PANEL OF THE PROCESS MAP IN MUNICIPALITY OF LANÚS

 

One of the largest districts of the Province of Buenos Aires. The administrative circuit was mapped and a control panel was developed with Power BI that allows controlling all administrative processes, yielding statistics.

Clever gave the training courses for management and operation indicators of the mentioned Microsoft Power BI.

PMO AND MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE IN CORE FINCOMÚN

 

Fincomún selected the core bank of Oracle called Flexcube and the Chilean company Flex Consulting Group for its implementation.

In order to ensure the quality of the project the integration that includes the project management office (PMO), Project Management and Change Management to the company Clever Services.

Marcelo Krebs serves as project manager and Clever Services as an integrating company.

The Costa Rican Social Security Fund -CCSS- is the government company that handles the health and pensions of Costa Ricans, with more than 55,000 employees.

The Administrative Management decided to innovate and automate its processes and systems, especially in Human Resources Administration and Documentary and Legal Management. Marcelo Krebs was hired as a Managing Partner of the Administrative Management.

COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR UNIVERSITY JUSTO SIERRA

 

The University decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics to improve the monitoring of its commercial actions.

Clever made the revision of the requirements, the necessary flows to be able to implement the Microsoft CRM and improve the inscriptions in the University.

COLLABORATION IN THE UPGRADE FROM T24 TO BROWSER

 

Banco Multiva decided to migrate to a newer version of T24 and required support in this process.

Clever provided the collaboration by providing resources such as: the integration project of devices such as the PIN PAD and the check reader in the new browser platform.

CUSTOMER MOBILE ONBOARDING (ALTAMOVIL) IN BANCOPPEL

 

He defined a flow of origination based on cell phones and tablets, so that his employees who do customer visits have a tool to register the new Customers, to achieve greater productivity in the process. Clever Services, collaborated in this project developing the mobile application for Android, iOS and Windows.

The application includes a character recognition algorithm to read identity documents.
