MANAGEMENT OUTSOURCING OF PMS IN CITIBANAMEX

 

Banamex is one of the main banks of the CITIBANK group.

Citibanamex required more than 85 MPs to manage their projects, and relied on the partnership between IBM and Clever Services for their selection.

Clever services led the selection and administration processes of the project managers and PMO elected.

PROJECT AUDIT, INAP

 

The INAP carries out complex projects for the Public Administration of Mexico. The Consulting Center requires these projects to be audited by an independent consultant, to guarantee their quality and compliance with agreed deliverables, such as SECTUR, INEA, Caprepol, Captralyr, among others.

Marcelo Krebs led audits that helped detect situations early.

PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING IN COSTCO MEXICO

 

Costco was customizing the systems received from the USA to the local regulations and operations, so it needed to update its process documentation. Clever Services was selected first for the Purchasing processes and then those of the Comptroller. After seeing that the documentation was productive, the project was expanded to cover all areas of Costco, with test scripts and with Blueworks from IBM, the corporate BPM tool.

DIAGNOSIS T24 BANCO POPULAR COSTA RICA

 

BPCD implemented the core banking solution of Temenos -T24- after 8 years of project and had operational problems. The Board of Directors requested the hiring of a consultancy that will make recommendations.

The group of consultants who conducted the diagnosis and the recommendations that helped to stabilize the situation was led. Training projects, technical support and testing tools were continued.

TELLER SOLUTION AND PRODEMEX CREDIT UNION PROCESSES

 

With the agreement reached between SAP and NearTechnologhies, Bank in a Box was presented as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution to satisfy the demand of financial institutions. Prodemex began the project of becoming a Bank and selected this solution.

Clever developed the processes for the new bank and implemented the own window solution (Clever PlaSeFi) as part of the integral solution.

SELECTION OF ERP IN INSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE ELECTRICIDAD

 

ICE needed to define a detailed strategy for the innovation project of the administrative areas, with an integrated solution.

In a 4-month training workshop, where the main officers of Logistics, Human Resources, Finance and Projects participated. We collaborated in aligning the technological issues with the functional ones to develop the poster defining the strategic and operational related issues.

CORPORATE ARCHITECTURE IN BANCO SANTANDER MEXICO

 

Implemented a Direction of Planning and Control to be able to take the administrative and financial management of the projects, with a PMO and the new concept of Enterprise Architecture according to TOGAF.

The requested areas could be successfully implemented, fulfilling the role of Planning, Control and Architecture. This model was then taken to the rest of the Santander Group countries.

ONBOARDING OF CLIENTS IN BANCOPPEL

 

Defined new Customer On Boarding processes, for greater productivity and fraud control by identity theft. Clever collaborated on this project by integrating the ICAR solution of IFES authenticating scanners, installing more than 4,600 devices at 1,200 branches throughout the country. A second phase was carried out that includes the project of kiosks to simplify the operation, also with Clever Services.

Capgemini is one of the world’s leading providers of Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services.

Present in 40 countries with more than 120,000 employees, it sought to reduce the costs of recruitment, selection and training, and thus dedicate itself to carrying out its key and strategic competences.

Clever Services is one of its preferred partners for staffing for more than 4 years, mainly in the AXA insurer.

SALES TRAINING AND CRM IN RESIDENTIAL YEXTHÓ

 

Hacienda Yexthó is an exclusive Residential and Country Club of rest, with more than 1,200 clients. The development has a hotel with 28 rooms, all different and luxurious, and a new hotel with 40 rooms full of elegance and class.

Clever dictated the sales training courses and the installation of the CRM to move from selling 2 plots of land for the weekend to 10.
